Ability to put and change the theme/color/background image on main and conversation windows

I saw the MSN™ these days in a computer, and it's a looooong time i don't see one hehehe, and i saw that it is capable of change the main and conversation window colors. And it have the ability to put and change background images too (i don't have shure of any of it, because i just watched people using it, but would be nice have it on Emesene anyway =) and i think would be cool give to the user the ability to change the themes/colors/background images of Emesene, cause i think it's pretty atractive for some people, and it's appear to be popular.
