I guess he/she is talkin about "store accounts", like pdgin do.

digging up. this could be a really useful thing to have in emesene.

I guess it could be good for people who have two or more msn accounts (ex. one for work, one personal, etc...) So they can "join" them in one single instance like pidgin...

Yes, this would be nice just like Pidgin does. It looks like a nice client and in MSN I have to use two instances of msn to be online with 2 accounts. With Pidgin I have one instance with two accounts in it.

I would like to have multiple accounts active within same instance too. Although, it can be a benefit of separating them somehow within the instance so groups and people don't get mixed up. hate that with pidgin :(

Well, you could have a node in the contact list tree for each account, so your contact list looks something like this:

.. john_home@hotmail.com
   .. Friends
      .. Bob
      .. Robert
      .. Paul
   .. Family
      .. Vick
      .. Jane
.. john@company.com
   .. Sales
      .. Brandon
      .. Justin
   .. QA
      .. Margaret
      .. Jeniffer
   .. IT
      .. Eric
      .. Kevin

What do you think?

You could even start offering a paid service with a name like "emesene accounts", which would let you store all of your account passwords into the "emesene servers", encrypted with your password in a way similar to Thunderbird.

I don't know, this will mixup contacts and make a mess out of the login screen, the login screen is just fine right now. Besides eMeSeNe is supposed to mimic MSN client. I think Emesene is doing that pretty well until now and having a true MSN clone is a Good Thing for Linux, it can help a lot of newbies coming from Windows. And stop the comments about "how hard is to clic here-there-and-there?", it IS, (i.e. my mother has some how "memorized" what she has to clic in order to get online, im sure there are more people like this).

Maybe implement this as a plugin.

And multi accounts are already working right now, and it works just fine like the MSN client with polygamy. So why bothering?
